1. When can I expect my order?

We strive to ship your order within 5 working days, however, given the current COVID-19 situation, this can sometimes take a little longer. PLEASE NOTE: a different delivery period applies to backorders. Look at the specific product for this.

2. What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made via:
– iDeal
– Bancontact
– Sofort Banking
– Paypal (extra charges apply)
– Creditcard (extra charges apply)

3. Do you also ship abroad?

Jazeker! Aangezien onze bezoekers vanuit de hele wereld naar onze evenementen komen, versturen wij onze merchandise overal naartoe. Houd er echter rekening mee dat de verzendkosten enorm zijn gestegen, waardoor wij deze helaas ook moeten doorberekenen.

4. What delivery options do you offer?

Within the Netherlands: depending on the product and the quantity, a choice is automatically made for letter post, a letterbox package or a regular package. For the last two you will receive a track & trace number after shipment.

Outside the Netherlands: depending on the product and the quantity, a letter or package is automatically chosen. For a package you will receive a track & trace number after shipment.

Depending on your address, the shipping costs are automatically calculated for each order.

5. How are the sizes of clothing?

In the images of the products you see an overview of that particular garment with the width and length measurements in centimeters.

6. Can I also pick up a product I want and pay in cash?

Unfortunately, it is only possible to collect merchandise personally and pay cash at our events. We cannot reserve products for this and admission to the event is only on presentation of a valid admission ticket.7

7. I want to return the item ordered by me; is this possible?

Articles can be returned within 30 days, provided there are no signs of use and with the exception of CDs and digital downloads. Send an email to shop@vana-events.nl and we will provide you with a special return link (within Europe) and clear information on how to act. Costs for the return shipment will be borne by the consumer. After receiving the return shipment, we strive to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. NOTE: Sizes are clearly stated with each garment. Avoid extra work and unnecessary costs and check them carefully before ordering.

8. How do I ensure that the items I receive remain beautiful for as long as possible?

Very simple; follow the washing instructions on the label :-)

9. I have a question about an item / my order. Where can I ask it?

Send an email to shop@vana-events.nl and we'll try to reply within 2 working days.

10. Why are shipping costs so high outside of The Netherlands

Helaas is het sinds 1 januari 2020 niet meer toegestaan om goederen/voorwerpen met postzegels gefrankeerd te versturen naar het buitenland. Hier dient vanwege internationale regelgeving altijd een barcode op te staan en daarom gelden hier ook andere tarieven voor. Verder is het zo dat diverse landen waaronder de Verenigde Staten en Zwitserland een kilotoeslag en soms energietoeslag rekenen sinds COVID-19, waardoor er per kilo gewicht een bedrag bovenop de verzendkosten komt. We hopen dat dit in de toekomst weer teruggedraaid wordt, maar voor nu gelden deze verzendkosten helaas voor iedereen. Mocht je hier vragen over hebben of vermoeden dat de verzendkosten voor jouw bestelling niet kloppen kun je contact met ons opnemen via shop@vana-events.nl.
